HISTORICAL BACK DROP

It all commenced as a Diamond DREAM, to possess the qualities of the rare stone so to speak, bearing the fruit of quality and integrity in character. The team believed in achieving the heights of success built on Christian values with a passion to help others in personal development and encouraging others to succeed in their endeavours.

Martin and Donna prior business involvement were employed in the government public sectors. Martin was employed in the Queensland Police Service and Donna in Eventide Homes for the aged and disability. The ideas spurned from the responsibilities revolving around the cleaning, maintenance and caring for others and to fill a need.

In 1989, Donna and Martin commenced business under M&D Enterprises, a marketing business for cleaning products and some other limited lines. Then to 1992, the business changed into a greater market area and a cleaning business came into existence forming Mardon Distribution Service and Mardon Homecare Cleaning Service. These businesses focused on selling products through the cleaning network of clients.

Martin also became involved in the cleaning and maintenance services in K Mart, Coles, multistory buildings in the city heartland of Brisbane. Later developments expanded to specialist medical practices, legal offices and other professional offices and sites.

In 1992, Mardon HomeCare Cleaning business commenced operations in South East Queensland hence now the title [MDS] Diamond Trinity Cleaning Service. Martin and Donna CLIFFORD, proprietors of [MDS] Diamond Trinity Cleaning Services, saw a vision to be in touch with people and use those facets to promote those ethics to the community.

Mardon Homecare Cleaning continued up to 1996, and changed to [MDS] Diamond Trinity Cleaning Service. That is now the current business operation. Services increased due to big demands by a changing society and technology. Services to satisfy the needs such as yard and ground maintenance, carpet cleaning, High water pressure cleaning tiling, general repairs, plumbing handyman, and subcontracting of work for cleaning curtains and fineries of the home were placed within the ambits of the services provided.

Many establishments  in the Townsville Region such as the Nathan Business Centre constructed by Gabriellies. Expansion then covered Burnda Street unit complex and warehouses in Garbutt now occupied by Asset Services and others for Lancinis Construction and more. A number of high quality home dwellings cleaned for both these companies. David HARNEY Construction employed Diamond Trinity on their large Clipsal project at the Bohle. Diamond Trinity continued to forge ahead with considerable works involved with other entities employing up to eight and ten staff to cater for the needs of industry.

Diamond Trinity Cleaning in more recent times became involved with not only construction (builders final cleans) but also maintenance work after the final clean. A contract agreement was awarded to the business in the construction phase of the new Korea Zinc works at Sun Metal situated just south of Townsville. Cleaning maintenance carried out on the main and network hubs in the  large administration building complex. Ten staff was employed full time.

Martin and Donna and some employees were later employed to carry out cleaning duties for some considerable time on the actual construction site. Their duties were to maintain large numbers of facilities used by construction workers and others. Further to this, in later time, areas of the office facilities, laboratories, and buildings occupied by the staff of Sun Metals.

Later services were provided in the Pandora Museum project both internally and externally around walkways, jetties and water landing sites. This was a whole new and exciting area to be involved with such important and permanent public access.

Diamond Trinity then made inroads in the Defence Housing arena and carried out the task of cleaning to achieve the extremely high standards. This was done with multifaceted cleaning offering an entire package.

DTCS target marketing Real Estate Industry, General Commercial premises and finally with large housing developments which currently expand to about 1,500 homes. Large numbers of dwellings and premises were provided with Diamond Trinity’s cleaning Solutions. Many in Greenwood Estate, Carlyle Gardens, in the area backing onto Kirwan Tavern, Bundock Street Apartments

Serious illness in 2007 caused the business to suspended operations. In 2013, (MDS) Diamond Trinity Cleaning Service recommenced and revitalized with a refreshed start, vision, determination, and purpose, to again rise to the occasion. Serve the community, serve and edify others in the cleaning industry. Diamond Trinity Cleaning, although small as we are, know without a doubt, it’s time for positive change.

Today, Diamond Trinity Cleaning looks at a strong economic future. Our desire is to grasp and accept change, to make it happen, and build strong lasting relationships. DTCS plans to be a dedicated leader, instructing and guiding a level of standard for others to follow. Diamond Trinity has evolved and continues to do so with a passion. The two Businesses, Mardon Distribution and Diamond Trinity have moved into the E-Commerce and marketing realms and will become an interactive enterprise. Today, DTCS provides solutions with various programs with intent to serve others, helping people to be stressless and have quality time.
